Fit 4 Mums -to-be pregnancy fitness sessions
Fit 4 Mums-to-be is an exercise group specially designed to help expectant mums to be fit and healthy during pregnancy. Exercising in pregnancy strengthens muscles and helps prepare the whole body for birth and beyond. The session includes exercise followed by relaxation and then refreshments and time for a chat. The sessions are adapted to all fitness levels, so even if you have never exercised before you are very welcome. Sessions are led by a fully qualified YMCA personal trainer who specializes in pre and post natal exercise. She has over 10 years’ experience of providing exercise sessions for pregnant mothers. The group takes place every Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Please note : before attending this class check with your midwife that there are no reasons why you shouldn't join this exercise session.
